Job description
Our client is looking for Director of Sales for their hotel based in Northamptonshire.

The Director of Sales will
Report to the General Manager with support from Regional Sales
Drive new business and ensure existing accounts are maximized to their full potential.
Sell to MICE, Corporate and Leisure sectors
Develop other market segments
Three direct reports, this is a new role so emphasis on building a new sales culture
Be comfortable liaising at all levels
As Director of Sales you will have
Experience of being a Director of Sales ideally or a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager Regional Sales Manager as a minimum
High standards, a can-do attitude, results driven and excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
The flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
Excellent customer care, business development, account management, and negotiation skills.
You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
