Job description
Our client is part of a National Hotel Company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Revenue Manager to join their revenue management team, based commutable to Oxfordshire, therefore you can commute from nearby counties, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire etc with home working 2 days a week, This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg: Car hire, Airlines etc…
The Property
Hybrid role: 60% office / client based and 40% Home Based (2 days a week from home)
Branded property’s across the UK
Managing a large portfolio of hotels 30 plus hotels
Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue
This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg: Car hire, Airlines etc
Benefits you will receive as Senior Revenue Manager:
Annual Bonus up to 10% of base salary (based on personal targets and business KPI’s)
Quarterly Bonus which equates to an additional £5,000 annually
33 days holiday incl bank holidays (increasing with service to 38 days inc)

The Senior Revenue Manager will
Ensure maximization of total revenue generation through utilization and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques.
Work with the Revenue Analytics Manager to enhance the performance of critical selling systems.
Set strategy with your Regional Revenue Manager and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
Cultivate revenue awareness across operational Areas, attending and presenting to hotel teams at district meetings.
From the training and coaching given, Identify training needs and feed back into Regional Area Revenue Manager,
Attend working groups representing revenue to drive initiatives and tasks
As Senior Revenue Manager you will have
The ability to work independently, deploying and demonstrating positive strategic changes
Strong commercial drive and acumen, with a proven track record of commercial decision making leading to success. Be highly analytical and numerate
Ability to identify trends and translate required actions into improved commercial performance.
Great communication and influencing skills, and a proven record of achieving commercial targets.
Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
Flexibility and be able to embrace change to meet the varying needs of the business
Proactive, Self motivated, enthusiastic, personable and energetic
Excellent commercial acumen from any sector Hospitality, car hire, airlines etc
