Job description
Our client is part of a National Hotel Company seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Cluster Revenue Manager to join their revenue management team, based commutable to Oxfordshire, therefore you can commute from nearby counties, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Wiltshire etc with home working 2 days a week, This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg: Car hire, Airlines etc…
The Property
Hybrid role: 60% office / client based and 40% Home Based (2 days a week from home)
Branded property’s across the UK
Managing a portfolio of hotels, 30 plus hotels
Reporting directly to the Regional Revenue Manager
This company will look at candidates outside of Hospitality eg: Car hire, Airlines etc
Benefits you will receive as Cluster Revenue Manager:
Annual Bonus up to 10% of base salary (based on personal targets and business KPI’s)
Quarterly Bonus which equates to an additional £5,000 annually
33 days holiday incl bank holidays (increasing with service to 38 days inc)

The Cluster Revenue Manager will
Ensure maximization of total revenue generation through utilization and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques.
Set strategy with your Regional Revenue Manager and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc
Managing day to day tactical pricing decisions across your cluster of hotels and spotting trends to review
Analyse short term and long term competitor activity, making recommendations for pricing and inventory management changes
Developing effective strategic changes for review, in conjunction with the Regional Revenue Manager, for deployment in one of the core markets
Communication with hotels and other stakeholders
As Cluster Revenue Manager you will have
The ability to analyse data and identify trends
Have a good commercial outlook - ensuring that outputs have a positive revenue impact
Great communication and influencing skills, and a proven record of achieving commercial targets.
Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills
Flexibility and be able to embrace change to meet the varying needs of the business
Proactive, self motivated, enthusiastic, personable and energetic
Excellent commercial acumen from any sector Hospitality, car hire, airlines etc
This role would suit a Revenue candidate from Graduate level experience and above
