The Sales Manager will
Report to the General Manager
Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
Develop both new business 40% and then account manage the business 60% from predominantly Corporate and MICE sectors locally, knowledge of other sectors is an asset
No direct reports but working closely with a Meeting and Events Sales Manager
Have support from the Group Director of Sales
As Sales Manager you will have
Experience of being a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive as a minimum.
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
The flexibility to visit clients
Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked in hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
