A great opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a company that is re-branding and developing its offering, based in Berkshire.

The Director of Sales will
• Report to the Managing Director
• Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
• Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate, MICE, Consortia, Agency, Golf and Leisure Groups, knowledge of other sectors is an asset
• Drive sales overall for the group and support the hotel teams where needed
As Director of Sales you will have
• Extensive experience of being a Director of Sales, Head of Sales or Regional Sales Director.
• High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
• A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
• The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the UK
• Be tenacious, self motivated, proactive, can do attitude
• Excellent man management, customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked within hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
