Job description
A great opportunity for a Sales Manager or a Meeting and Event Sales Office Manager looking for a role with involvement in proactive sales to join an exciting Company, based in Hampshire SP / 1102

A base salary of £34,000 (dependent on experience)

The Sales Manager will
Report to the General Manager’s and have a dotted line to the Head of Sales for support
Happy with a 50/50 split of M&E sales office management and proactive sales
Manage and drive sales strategy
Be commercially astute, have experience of P&L and Budgets
The business mix is from predominantly Corporate and MICE, knowledge of other sectors would be an asset eg Associations etc
Be able to "Place Your Stamp" on the role, maybe look at aspects of the role from a different angle
As Sales Manager you will have
Experience of being a Sales Manager, Meeting and Events Sales Office Manager, Events Manager etc
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook,
The flexibility to visit clients, when necessary
Be tenacious, self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude
Excellent customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked within hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
