Job description

The Properties
Are four full-service hotels across London & Southeast
Part of an international hotel company
Just under 600 bedrooms
Multiple Meeting and Event rooms

This is a great opportunity to join a well-supported sales team as a Cluster Sales Manager.

The Cluster Sales Manager will
Report to the Cluster Director of Sales with a dotted line to the General Managers
Drive all profitable revenue across corporate and group segments
Devise, execute and own a detailed and targeted Sales and Marketing Plan for the Hotels and Account Development Plans for the Hotel’s Account Portfolio of Local and National Managed Accounts
Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the Hotels to ensure that relevant strategy is understood and aligned
Sell to MICE, Corporate, Leisure sectors

As Cluster Sales Manager you will have
A result orientated Cluster Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality and interacting with people
A first-class networker and communicator with excellent project management skills and an eagle eye of identifying new opportunities
A commercially astute, analytical multi-tasker who is motivated by a challenge with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans
Proactive with a hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business
