Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager for their hotel in Central London. The Rooms Division Manager will oversee the Front Desk and Night Shift. The hotel has over 350 bedrooms, a busy restaurant, bar and lounge area with conference, banqueting and leisure facilities. You must be based in the UK to apply for this role.
As Rooms Division Manager, you will be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach whilst taking control, accountability and ownership for the management of the front of house area. The Rooms Division Manager will manage, lead and develop your team of twenty and will be part of the senior management team. You must ensure that the highest of standards are delivered and budgeted profitability achieved.
The ideal candidate will currently be a Rooms Division Manager or Front Office Manager in a large hotel or similar size looking for that next step. You must have excellent man management skills be confident, have presence, have a passion for service delivery and enjoy working in a busy environment. With a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills and being hands-on where need be with your team you will lead from the front to ensure every guest receives the highest service levels.
