The Sales Manager will
Report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Group Sales Manager
Drive all profitable revenue across corporate and group segments
Devise, execute and own a detailed and targeted Sales and Marketing Plan for the Hotel and Account Development Plans for the Hotel’s Account Portfolio of Local and National Managed Accounts
Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the Hotel to ensure that relevant strategy is understood and aligned
Sell to MICE, Corporate, Leisure sectors
Has no direct reports but will liaise/work closely with the in-house sales team.
As Sales Manager you will have
A result orientated Hotel Sales Manager with a passion for hospitality and interacting with people
A first-class networker and communicator with excellent project management skills and an eagle eye of identifying new opportunities
A commercially astute, analytical multi-tasker who is motivated by a challenge with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans
Proactive with a hands-on approach with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business
