Job description
The Company
An International Hotel Company is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to manage the revenue for three to four branded hotels, with the support of your Regional Revenue Management Team.

Home based with visits to hotels once a month/quarterly

Bonus 20% of base salary
28 days holiday incl. bank holidays

Homebased 5 days a week other than hotel visits when needed
Mileage on expenses when needed
The Cluster Revenue Manager will
Maximise revenue for your properties through utilization and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques
Have a clear understanding and influence revenue related relationships to the benefit of the business both internal and external.
Liaise with revenue generated personnel whilst effectively communicating with key stakeholders of the company.
Have experience of Ideas, Delphi etc
Reporting to a Regional Revenue Manager
As Cluster Revenue Manager you will have
Either a Cluster Revenue Manager or currently a Revenue Manager in a large hotel
Branded Hotel experience
Excellent commercial acumen
Great influencing and communication skills
Organisational, planning, highly numerate and analytical ability
Effective time management, be a decision maker, be detail orientated and be able to manipulate data
Agility to respond to different work situations
Be target driven and self-motivated
Be able to impact and influence at all levels,
You must have worked in the hospitality sector, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
